Don't blame your stylist...

Dear clients, when making your appointment at your stylists, please be very accuret about what you want done with your hair not to have communication failures. All people see anything differently, for example, trim your dead ends to us means cutting off all dead ends to make your hair look beautiful and healthy again, even if it means cutting off 5cm of slit ends. If you do not want to cut dead ends off, please do tell the stylist how much length they are aloud to cut off, BUT be adviced if you dont trim off all dead ends your hair will still look like crap!
